What we can watch
For each area, how many of the systems a practice can pick have a public place where their supplier reports problems: a status page, security notices, customer notices or CVE records. For the rest, we can only pass on what the supplier or the press says.
| Area | With a public route |
|---|---|
| Practice software | 8 of 133 |
| Clinical and lab | 28 of 266 |
| Clients and booking | 30 of 100 |
| Money and payments | 56 of 196 |
| People and rota | 38 of 186 |
| Office and email | 261 of 590 |
| Network and devices | 188 of 372 |
| Supply and registries | 10 of 150 |
| Group and enterprise | 5 of 11 |
| What products are built on | 1 of 1 |
Computed from our catalogue of 3,638 systems (2,005 a practice can pick), from our research build of public sources made on 24 Oct 2026. Vet systems are where public routes are fewest, which is why we ask vet suppliers to tell us directly about outages and data problems.
What subscribers run
We publish what subscribers run only by area, and only once at least ten organisations stand behind a figure. No figure has reached that yet, so none is shown.
